PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We meet with our clients to listen to their desires and goals. Our client’s desires are of upmost importance to us. RWBC Construction managers will walk the project with our clients to determine the size and scope of work they are requesting. We discuss hiring an architect, construction management, and bidding the project out to contractors versus hiring a design build contractor. We will analyze the different types of construction methods to use that will best fit our client’s goals, budget and time frame. After giving those careful considerations, we will deliver the solution that best matches our customer’s needs. We bring the highest quality at the lowest possible cost.

 

TENANT IMPROVEMENT

RWBC works with the commercial building owner, real estate broker, and the business looking for office space in lease negotiations. The construction cost can make the difference in acquiring a signed lease.

RWBC works as a design build contractor to aid the building owner and tenant in things such as: architect service, space planning, engineering, energy efficient design, ADA requirements, title 24, permit processing and city inspectors. DESIGN BUILD

RWBC recommends using our design build services to complete your construction project. We take your ideas and turn them into conceptual drawings working in partnership with the owner, architect, and engineers that can be further refined to specific details. By being involved in the design we are able to help our client stay within their budget. Knowing the cost of construction and offering value engineering helps us give our client the highest quality for the money they are spending. We can also help resolve any design versus structural, and code issues. Being a design build contractor the construction process will move efficiently, giving the owner fewer delays.
